Larry, I believe you are correct about the Castle Creek theory. There is a suspicion that the latest S3 was a dirty trick to help CC. The severity of the drop was exacerbated by alarmist messages on SI. I suppose all of it could be justified as serving a larger purpose and shareholders will benefit down the road.
