Blankmind, Based on the following are you saying you wish you had held, or you are glad you sold. Can't quite figure your comments out, for the first time I might add:

gentlemen - careful on IFLY -

- I was one of the early and ardent supporters, but took profits -
albeit a bit early.

I don't like this part, however:

management has purposely mis-stated several key facts to
multiple investors; including myself

You are beyond belief!
On Yahoo you were castigated for comparing IFLY to EBAY and saying IFLY would go to $234 - you were essentially accused of hyping.
NOW you tell us you sold early?

And where do you get the idea that the website won't be operational for another month or two? Management have said every day that we are on schedule for year end release. I would allow them to stretch that to the first week on January. The only hint that I can see you might have picked up is in the S-8 just filed that gives stock options to the website developer for completion of website by end of Feb. But that would include continued development and fixing the bugs that occur with any piece of programming.

"IFLY management has purposely mistated certain key pieces of information etc..." hmmm... evidence on that hot statement? That's a pretty strong accusation. You just leave it hanging there with no support.

Profits on last two quarters showed a turn around to profitability, of course they were small. And yes, they have paid for much of the website development with stock options (125,000). Pretty clever I think.

Yes I think we could see another 2 million shares in the market in Jan 99. Hardly a major dilution. Infact it would be very helpful as the float needs to expand to attract insitutional investors.

Sorry but I don't trust your motives. I suppose you just came to all these stunning realisations about IFLY.... when..? Perhaps JUST after you sold?

Of course it would be totally low-life of me to accuse you of trying to talk down the stock but I wonder if you have any ethics?

Blankmind, Your statements are misleading. The profits are significant and the restricted stock coming for sale will be easily absorbed with the current liquidity. In addition, "mis-repersentation" is too general, you need to be more specific.

As far as the restricted shares, smart money has them already out by shorting ahead of the release date and covering when their stock becomes available. With the amount of volume from yesterday and today, I would expect that much of the shares have alreayd been absorbed.

Still very bullish on IFLY.
