I believe the first trade of the day was at 19, but it was up to 21 and change immediately after. I suspect there may be some last minute tax-loss selling going on, but who knows for sure? Not me. I know of no news to account for it's upward movement later this morning though it did get upgraded recently.

Shawn,
I have not heard of any news but watch this go up and then fall back, again. This stock is on a yo-yo ride! They can't seem to help it get a smooth incline. Don't know what to say.
