Look for a new high today on the RUSS. and the DOW to push this week to the 9500 level. The place to make big money with this upcoming small cap rally would be to focus on 2nd tier internet companies that made explosive moves several months ago and have consolidated sideways most recently. The way the charts have formed we can see these stocks hitting all time highs as soon as next month. Many of these stocks got hit yesterday, probably the MM trying to accumulate shares from the weak holders. SO
