No, assuming you already have your core position, I think a better plan would be to look for a clear break above 3 1/2 on >1mm shares, and buy a trading position on any slight pullback towards 3 1/2. Also, you never know whether this buyer is going to allow one last plunge below 3 to shake out the last weak hands. After all, if you know you are going to eventually push the stock alot higher, what do you care if it is below 3 for awhile. A break above 3 on big volume, would almost guarantee we never see below 3 again.
