I've called XYBR before and never had a problem getting questions answered.

Email may not get answered 'til next week due to the holidays. I know I'm off from my company this week and won't respond to my email until next week. Calling will at least get you in touch with someone, or at least you'll find out if there's anyone in this week that can answer your questions.
