I think shorts are still sitting on PRFM. . . probably connected to the recent deals PRFM cut with big shots in Wall Street. They don't want price to move until they are ready for it to move....until they get their free shares.

Question: Knowing PRFM will soon be pushing 20, would you rather your 100k fee be paid by 25,000 shares at 4 each? Or 50,000 at 2 each?
