Dear Grant,

You are a funny guy writing lines like the one above. Since 1993 Winspear Management has had numerous opportunities to make a deal with Sanfred on the Beniah Lake property.They chose not to. Winspear Management also had ample opportunities to stake that property when Sanfred Management let it lapse several times and had to restake it.

They were never and are still not now interested. There are however, a couple of big SND shareholders who want to liquidate some paper!!! Next time SND should do some real exploration after 5 years and they might come up with something to really promote.
