1. The shares have not been leaked into the float. So the float has remained pretty constant. Not exactly correct. The float went from 97M to 108M before anyone here ever even realized they increased the number of authorized. I'll admit, 11M is not a whole lot compared to 500M, but they were ALREADY putting these shares out, before they ever got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. In the IVY press release EUTRO clearly stated they were purchasing a % of IVY with stock. They claim it is restricted shares. I have not been able to confirm that however the increase in the float fits right into that . They took some worthless shares as you have called them and bought a % of a profitable bussiness. All in all I would think you would be happy EUTRO got something for nothing :)
