Peaceful: Maura told me that they are very highly compensated salespeople. As far as finding good ones, I have no doubt that you are right. In any industry it's difficult. If it's low-tech the salespeople are usually hot air-filled and have little staying power. if it's high-tech, they must know a lot and learn a lot - and therefore 90 plus percent of the work force is automatically eliminated.
It ain't ever easy.
