Greenie. It's a pity you weren't there to see and hear what happened. I have 20,000 shares today, a small percentage of what I had. I'll let you hear from others as you don't want to hear from me....bit I'm going to let you know where I'm coming from, whether you want to hear it or not. The points I made are: 1. There is not marketing competence in this company (either on the board or within management). Without it, this company is going nowhere!!! 2. Mike Russo is not a CEO. He's an investor relations guy. He's paid $65,000. You cannot hire an engineer for $65,000 today. You get what you pay for. The Chairman stated, "It's all the company can afford!" That's the wrong response. The board should be asking, "What does it take to bring in the person to take this company to the next level?" If it's $250,000 then spend it. Spend it now because 12 months from now is too late. 3. The members of the board are Ed Plumacher's friends. Is that want you want? A bunch of "yes" men? 4. Technology push in today's world, doesn't work. The key is market pull. Nobody in the company today understands that. I wanted to be constructively critical. I did not call anybody names and did not use the f word. I asked tough questions which were not addressed satisfactorily. I wrote a long letter to Mike Russo over 12 months ago stating what I felt had to be done. If you want a copy of that letter, I'll be happy to send you one. I never received a response. I went to the AGM to put more heat on management, because the situation today is exactly what it was 12 months ago. Results stink, no operating plan, no accountability, a Chairman who shouldn't be and a bunch of rhetoric. Nice guys and all that but nice guys finish last. If they felt heat today, that's good. If this company is still trading below $1 this time next year, they will see the wrath of God.... I'll be there, if the doors are still open. I am a shareholder who has listened to the rhetoric for 3 years. The value of this company is based on results, nothing more nor less. The results are dreadful for the third straight year. If you had generated those results, I think you'd be embarrassed. Total revenues, $165,000 (or stated differently, 80 ballgames, or half a season for one ML team). Greenie, I'm surprised you see this as negative. These are the facts, grim as they are and management is telling you everything is great and ick Lee is negative. Great based on what? What is that others know that I don't know? Insider info, I don't think so. You know what market makers can do. Do you think that Mike Russo does not know how to pull their chain. That's his world!!! I encourage you to get inputs from others who attended. I'd like to hear what they have to say. I heard from several after the meeting and they thanked me for the light I shed on the situation. I want this company to succeed just like everybody else. I do not doubt Ed Plumacher's or Mike Russo's sincerity one bit. They work their buns off along with the others at QSTI. That's great, but you have to work smart as well as hard and they do not understand what it is they should be doing. They are not working smart. As I said during the meeting, "You don't know what you don't know"... and they don't!!! Their technology is great. The graphics are lousy (I told Mike this 12 months ago)... you'll see what I felt they had to do 12 months ago, if you get a copy of my letter!!! Without understanding the need (marketing) and lousy graphics (marketing), you can push all the technology you want, it won't sell....and it hasn't. I do not believe I'm negative, I'm facing up to the reality that this management team doesn't cut the mustard. Coup? No!! Want a position on the board? Yes!!! What we've got is not what we need. I'm sorry you don't like that and I'm disturbed you are so quick to judge. I'm judging this company after three years and I think I'm justified in doing that. The results stink!!! What do you think about the results??? Will I be back? Yes!!!! Big time. If you can't stand the heat in the kitchen, then get out of the kitchen.... Will I sell my stock? No!!! Best regards, Dick
