Yes, most if not all the float has changed hands, but where you are mistaken is that the new hands are not long term investors. Only a fool would invest in this stock at the current price.

SW, wrong. Look at KTEL, the float changed hand 30 times , that's right, 30 times in the few days during the hype. It has lost almost 70% since.
