AMZN and BKS........ I have been pondering the question? Why at AMZN's valuation would they not want to buy BKS for stock? AMZN could issue their own common stock(which I think everyone agrees is lofty) AMZN would take their main competitor out Barnesand Noble.com and get a better distribution channel?
