I think we're gonna try and close the year out at a new high on the DOW. I'm waiting till tomorrow or Thursday and am finally gonna sell covered calls. Healthy premiums...10.5 for an August 60. I probably won't sell out that far, but I think it's almost time. Stock may sell off on any news short of a buyout. I wouldn't trust brokers on options analysis. Many seem too high on the stock...this is typically when they fall. OTOH, momentum seems to be with it at the moment. Volume does not suggest high levels of momentum traders though. I suspect you are right...short covering. sf
