Aggressively increase short positions.

Even though I think the market in general is headed much higher, I believe it is once again safe to start building larger short positions...particularly in the most grotesque frauds such as ZONA and HEPH.

ZONA in particular will face certain FDA rejection of its ineffective Vasomax (an old generic vasodilator being repackaged as a supposed ED medication), and said rejection should occur in 1999 - making ZONA a dead lock. I expect that short-sellers who have been patiently following the demise of this scam will be able to cover below 5 a share.

COST will be higher than that.

It's my largest holding now.
