Lev clearly stated production samples have been in the hands of OEM's for months. The language in the S-3 is ambiguous and no company lawyer is going to file a correction.

A lot of people got suckered in to selling by the "when in doubt, run in circles" club.

This dip should be considered a buying opportunity. I would bet a conference call is not far off. Noway always buys on conference call rumors.

What I'm saying, Larry, is that even if samples were being shipped by the truckload right now, the company would not acknowledge it. And if samples were shipped earlier, they wouldn't acknowledge that either.

The wording in the S-3 is (deliberately?) obfuscating, as it talks about the "line" and "lines" in the same paragraph. And when asked if the wording applied to line 1, the FRB did say "we're not officially commenting on that", which seems to leave the door open. I don't know about the other lines, but I believe the first line, which the analysts saw in operation, has been fully capable of providing representative samples for some time already. Although there's been no official confirmation, I believe the odds are that samples from it have gone out. Maybe the coming month will confirm this issue once and for all.
