Mike, Interesting point. If TWTI continues to operate they can use their own NOL. It's only if someone like Mega Blow buys them that it becomes an issue. So if they have any assets to use as capital for acquisitions of profitable companies, they may be able to avoid the IRS for a few decades. I had seen those same names mentioned. But I would check their backgrounds out before I put too much faith in them. What assets were left after Lents and Booth were done? The Jaguar was leased........ Dwight
