With absolutely zero barriers to entry, as nearly every major search engine now has their own free auction site.

If you think this company is worth 10 billion, I have a bridge to sell you.

And before you say "the market says it is worth 10 billion, so it is" let me remind you that the market says that it's float is worth 270 per share. If any significant part of the outstanding shares were to be tendered, forget it.

The float has been tied up tightly, and people are basically fighting each other trying to buy the same 10 shares over and over.
