The naysayers can't focus on the BIG EVENT which is the dropping of the "death spiral" scenario and the extension of the credit terms. Rather, they amplify sloppy paperwork and ambiguous jargon. The S-3 recorded the "BIG EVENT" and the naysayers yelled fire once again. Brubaker has continually skewed facts in an alarmist mode. My point is simply to call it like it is. Larry wants to beat up FMK on his forecasts rather than focus on future potential. Any moron can look back and say I told you so. Which is Larry's strong suit. But it takes a visionary to look ahead which is FMK's mission. Fact is, Valence is closer and closer each day to a contract announcement. The signs are all there and have been discussed over and over. Larry, will wallow in indecision and spout bullshit till he's blue, regurgitating the same circular logic that has brought him nowhere. The longs are with the program and patience will pay off!
