PQT finished strong at high of day at 2 3/8, when it finishes at high and double or more volume it keeps going up next day. Big block trades Today, something is coming besides JB Oxford news. This is a heavily shorted stock, look for gap Tomorrow. Many people are not aware that PQT is a real Internet stock.
