I guess I asked the wrong question in that case, unlimited phone support is certainly a great benefit. I wonder what the cost per machine is to DELL to offer this benefit. Dell already has a relatively low revenue per employee because of their people-intensive sales model, which the 'net sales would hopefully improve. There's no free lunch, sooner or later every customer pays for that support when they buy the machine.
