no, JT is interested in creating balance to all the 'hype' posted here..... pretty much the same as me. Oh - Why is it .15/share ? i don't think i ever got an answer to that one yet...........

Party: I figure you are going to reply to the previous response by saying Mr. Hayton's demands are well founded. If you would please go ahead and tell me what that foundation is I would appreciate it. 1) Address - What if I were a potential shareholder looking to invest. I would be kind of put off by him asking this. Wouldn't you? He doesn't need my name and address, I don't want a packet, I want answers to my questions. 2) Number of shares - I sold out but will get back in if he answers the questions to my satisfaction. Really Party, even you can see through this one. 3) Price paid - see number 2. No, on the other hand explain his reasoning please. 4) Name - Why? Will he look in a book to see if Brady Bragg is a truth teller? What does it matter what my name is? I'm a potential investor. (Okay, I would give him my name for introduction purposes.) 5) Proof of holdings - I don't hold any. In short, here's my position. I am a potential shareholder and I really don't care to give my name to a company that I still have questions about. Being a potential shareholder I own no shares thus I cannot provide proof of amount paid, amount owned or certificates. I guess I won't be getting any answers if I read Mr. Hayton's response correctly. On the other hand, Mr. Hayton won't be getting me as a shareholder either. Now tell me, who is holding this stock down? bb
