Paul - RE: "Read the SECOND LINE on that Web page" I prefer to read starting from line one, then to two, and so on. I will post line one because you seem to have selectively missed it: "The MMX™ Technology page has been removed." This obviously means Intel had decided to remove or disable public access to the page. Line two states "The MMX Technology Application Notes can be found here." In case you can't figure it out, that doesn't mean Intel "split up the site", it means Intel disallowed access to the majority of the information available about MMX. They just kept the application notes and manuals available for potential developers.
