I don't see any hype posts here that aren't making money... are you sure your post isn't just some sour grapes?

No sour grapes here. I've learned not to lose too much on a trade (except for an overnight bloodbath), but I'm worried about certain stocks that might be moving just because they are mentioned in the thread. (I recall NITE being pushed on various threads. It might be legitimate, but I'd rather wait for Jenna to call it based on her analysis.) Just because Etrade buys their paper clips from Staples doesn't mean it's a good stock to buy. NITE could be losing a lot of money by going short on Internet runups.

Obviously, we want to get into stocks before they are discovered elsewhere, but we also need outsiders to buy the stock from us later, so that everyone on the thread can win, not just the first ones in.

I do watch #daytraders when I can, and I know how to lose out in a channel play. Was TMAN one of those today? Only tomorrow will tell.

My main complaint was the volume of messages that were not directly related to stock picks that could benefit us all.
