News: December 29, 1998 17:41 Millionaire.Com Makes Announcement BLUFFTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 1998--Millionaire.Com, a Nevada corporation, approved for trading on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board, (trading symbol "MLRE"), Tuesday announced that it is completing up to a $4.5 million funding. The company announced that in order to accomplish its business plan and to pursue the acquisitions which were available to it, the company needed additional funding. On or about Dec. 16-17, 1998, when the company's stock opened for trading, the company received a commitment from certain funding sources to provide the company up to $4.5 million dollars in funding prior to Dec. 31, 1998, through the purchase of restricted shares of the company's common stock at $2.50 per share.
