Stock Doc, weren't you the hypster that was going on and on about being sure that there wasn't going to be a reverse split? I think if I owned a stock that you were hyping I would get out of it. If you deny saying that there wasn't going to be a reverse split I will look up a few of your posts and prove you to be the lying hypster that you are. If you don't deny saying that there wouldn't be a reverse split then why did you not mention the fact that you would welcome it and thought it would be a good thing for the company to do, you can't have it both ways.

The authorized was 200 million before the split, now, if the person that I got this from on this thread is right it is 10,000,000. Well since the market cap will be the same after the split (till the stock price starts back down) isn't this the same (regarding the authorized) as increasing it to 600,000,000?

For every reverse split that you can name that was good for the shareholders i'll bet there are 25 that were bad.

z.........

>jb, hopefully, something like this **** TEKC now qualifies for NASDAQ small Cap. The rev. split completed
(didn't hurt price any) Stock now under symbol TEKCD for 30 days. Nasdaq listing could be as soon as 30 days away. - Dr. Meade

Well, maybe, Dr.

But you know what - I don't know one single person that buys a stock because it is - - or isn't - - a small cap!

MOST people buy a stock because they think it is a good investment.

'Course, with stocks like LTGL, a lot buy them just like buying a lotto ticket - just dump some money in and hope you hit "the big one!" :)

PS - whatever happened to MoneyMade? Did he decide there were not enough suckers here and is off hyping other stocks?
