PTEN had a very nice last half hour or so today. But I notice that they received a downgrade. Could anybody tell me what time that downgrade was announce; i.e. was it already priced in to today's action, or will it be hitting tomorrow? Thanks. FLC managed to get back to break-even by the bell, RDC recovered to within a 16th in the last twenty minutes, and GLBL was strong most of the afternoon. Looks like we just might have some positive momentum building up to when the tax loss sellers could come back. Also, has anybody considered that shorts may be waiting to take their profits until the new year, so that they don't have to pay taxes for another year. That would be just the opposite of last year's activity (shorts covering in December, longs selling in January). That should add another little bit of juice to the ride we're anxiously awaitin'.
