Your reasons are sound but with YHOO!, it does not matter with respect to revenue growth, earnings etc. It will only crash the day when people said enough is enough and I am not paying such a high premium for a company with loads of potential but not making big money.

Where have you got the .25 whisper number from ? Could you please point me to the site ? I've only seen .20 or .21 estimates.

.25 means a difference of 5 cents - which is a large one really. So I'd like to know read about your source.
