The article is factual and the author is correct in stating that the service revenues will grow more strongly over time. I'm not sure why this is a bad thing - everyone in technology is buying futures. The service play seems like a pretty solid business for CPQ. If 'jumping the gun' means buying in before the stock price has fully reflected the real revenue impact, then we all have jumped the gun on DELL... at least I hope so.
