Hi Chaz:

Actually, I thought we agreed on 3 stocks: LOR,
QCOM and WCII. Even though I do not care too much for
Bernie Schwartz's political donations and for his
recent managerial performance (I seen to detect
a case of someone who believes in his infallibility),
I still like the company, primarily because of
its perfect vertically integrated positioning
(satellite manufacturing combined with an
amazing array of satellite assets). I guess we will have
to suffer a little bit longer, but there is not much
doubt that the satellite market is set to take off. I only
pray that we will avoid a T takeover-- I do not want LOR
to go in the record books next to NCR.:}

With respect to TERN, I would harvest my outsized
profits if I were you-- at least don't confuse it with
CSCO. Talking of CSCO-- I can't believe we agreed in
October that it was more overvalued than LOR. What
happened since-- it doubled, while LOR barely budged!
Well, we can always look forward to 99.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
