I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a vote at the meeting regarding a R/S. You know there is Other Business to be discussed. A 10 to 1 would certainly change things.

I don't want to feed any hype here but the only William Yuan I find is with or was with Netusa as director os a division/subsidiary. Not sure if this is the same person being considered for LGOV. I didn't find a Merrill Lynch connection yet.
