Why so many shares outstanding?

705,977,200 shares as of November 13, 1998 from 10sb

Even at .15, that's already a market cap of $105,896,580

Not's that this even matters considering the market cap of AMZN or EBAY....

Curious about the shares....that's all

How many held by insiders? Restricted? In the float?
