To any one who owns OSFT.

If I am right,OSFT might not go up above 7 1/2,as happened today.

If someone bought the warrants,OSFTW,(which allows you to buy 1

share of OSFT at 6 1/2)at any price up to 1 dollar, for which it sold,

they can short OSFT at 7 1/2 and have no worry if the stock continues
to go above 7 1/2,because they can exercise the warrants.

This way the "shorts" will not have to cover, because they can exercise
the warrants.

However, since the warrants were worth as much as 2 7/8 today, there

might not be a desire to short if the person who owns both types of
shares,can SELL BOTH.

Therefore if the stock reaches 7 1/2,you have to decide whether you
think it has more upside,or if not will be shorted by the warrant
holders.

CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME IF MY ANALYSIS IS CORRECT?By the way I don't

own either shares at this time.

Good Luck,

Manny T.
