I told them if they gave me a number that actually got someone right away then I would let them know when their system went down. They ignored that part of my email. In fact I only got their attention when I put up a web site with screen captures displaying the frozen L2, charts auto scaling to high values of 120,000 or more, etc etc Oh, and the evil No Data syndrome has struck twice today, though ping times and packet loss look just fine. L2 quit once for 3 minutes also - or I should say it froze, I could pull up a new symbol I hadnt looked at and get 3 minute old data off of their servers. And you cant tell me I am requesting data for a symbol I had not previously looked at and when I get that data it is old due to internet lag, that would be impossible.
