My experience with AMTD is this. I went back to look at why I lost money on trades. There was always ONLY one reason. Lets say price goes through my buy stop at $20 1/2 using a buy stop limit order. Price keeps going up and 5 minutes later its at $20 3/4. Still no fill report from AMTD. 10 minutes later its at $21. Still no fill report from AMTD. I can't even put in a stop for $20 1/2 because AMTD won't acknowledge that I bought!!! I call up AMTD--the current wait time for trade support is 5 minutes. I put the phone down. 15 minutes later after it went through $20 1/2 its bidding only $20 5/8. I then put in an order to cancel the buy order hoping to shake a fill report out of them. 20 minutes into the trade its bidding only $20 1/8. I get a fill report for $20 1/2 when its finally trading at $19 7/8. THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! So I take it you aren't using ARCA at JPR. You are mostly using the Selectnet Preference and maybe SOES in a fast market. Can you Selectnet preference ISLD?
