Yes, my parents were related, by marriage.

I realize that almost all of the other "pests" on
this thread had parents who were related too:
basically, their parents relationship was a
$10 monetary arrangement that was consummated in
a place like the "Happy Hour Motel," or the back
seat of a Chevy that still had 36 payments remaining.
