I'm not a Klan guy and I don't hate anyone because of race, creed or gender. I am very much for equality of opportunity. Maybe not for stunting growth by not allowing people to compete on a level playing field. How can someone ever know if they won or not if they are given a 30 yard head start on the 100 yard dash? Why not treat everyone equally and then allow everyone to rise to their level of competence and ability? Why create a chasm by socially engineering so that you don't have your best and brightest available in any particular position? I, personally, would not feel very good if I knew I received a position or promotion not based on ability but because I am a white Protestant male. I believe the best man or woman should get the position regardless of race, creed or color. It seems to me that would motivate society to excel and would eliminate some of the politics and get back to plain old qualifications. It also seems that it would make America more productive. If sports teams went on quotas and required "x" number of whites, blacks, Asians, Jewish, etc. regardless whether they were the most talented then my question to you would be: How good do you think that team would be? Would they be competitive? However, if the team members were selected based on skill, as is true in America, you may have a high percentage of blacks and that is perfectly OK because they are, in many cases, the most talented players. So is life. Let's give EVERYONE an equal chance.

Huh? Two recent quotes from you:

My first experience with you good old boys was when some Klan guys
burned down our church (Catholic

As to vacuous
thinking let me see you believe in virgin births, angels. rising from the dead and god
talking to you? You can't sustain your myth without the use of metaphysics and threats
of eternal damnation. Sorry mac I won't be brainwashed to believe in your jibberish

Me not understand. Catholics don't believe in virgin births? Catholics don't believe in angels? Catholics don't believe in wine turning into blood, in wafers turning into flesh, in the ritual consumption of flesh and blood?

Me not understand!
