Simply because all people are NOT created equal they are made EQUAL UNDER THE LAW. Republican theory holds that the only reason a dwarf doesn't play for the NBA is because he didn't want it hard enough. Of course there are exceptions to this rule witness Mssrs Bowlen, John Elway, Jerry McMorris republicans all begging the taxpayers to front the new football stadium. Under their law of republicanism if they couldn't raise the cash them selves NO WELFARE should be supplied for them but lo and behold the taxpayer bailed them out. Simply put Frank all people are not equal in a variety of ways and all people have equal oppurtunity in theory only. Living in the south you should now that first hand.
