Why is it so difficult to get mortality data out of England to see if death rates have gone down during the trial? I have done numerous web searches and contacted several agencies in England and have gotten no responses. Shouldn't this data be a matter of public record? If anyone out there knows how to go about obtaining this data please tell me how to get it or post the data on this thread. All the other talk on this thread is nice but, in my opinion, not very informative.

XOMA will probably put out a press release
tomorrow, or an update on their FAQ page. Might
include other plans in relation to the move.

Still waiting for the PR notice that states
"No patients issued BPI died during recent
Phase III trial". :-)
