Brady, I read the latest PR and assume the same thoughts as yours. However; there are at least two little events that could get in the way... 1)The SEC might see things differently and/or 2)ZULU/ESVS could issue another PR on any given day stating that "a majority of shareholders has voted and decided that" _______________________________________________ (you fill in the blanks) Charles

BB, Does it really make a difference which name the stock trades under after the merger... Zulu will do a reverse split to put the stock to about the same price as ESVS... ESVS will then either trade it's stock to Zulu or vise versa... The result is the same, isn't it... We end up with ZuluGroup... plus BrandsForLess... If you have 5000 shares of ESVS you end up with 5000 shares of company X... If you have 50000 shares of Zulu you end up with 5000 shares of company X... It is still the same.. Then what we all want is a meteoric rise to about $50... Now that would be cool... dej
