ps if it's free goodies you're after you should shop at borders and bks too, the former sent me two separate free cds for the holiday season and the latter a free booklovers calendar and numerous coupons for goodies and 10-40% off purchases made in any store

Barnes and Noble has equal service as Amazon and a larger selection.

And I do in fact try and buy the cheapest available, to an extent. I buy excessive amounts of computer hardware and electronics and I find the prices for the same component often differ by 30% or more depending on whose website I visit. There are some that always have the best price but lousy service, and some that never have the best price. As for service- I require only two things: that I receive the item I order at the price agreed to, and in the time frame I agree to. After that there isn't really anything I give a rat's ass about.

While I could afford to pay the highest price for an item, I refuse to give that extra 30% out of principle, and I will spend 2 or 3 extra minutes to make sure I get a good deal.
