Gersh,

I was referring to insider buying as a indicator of future potential price rise, not reported fundamentals.

I'm not suggesting anyone buy this stock. I'm just betting that a certain majority shareholder has taken on a whole new role in the company in order to bring about the licensing deals they require.

McLaughlin already has $1 million in the company from back in 1996, when the stock went from .96 to $11. Unfortunately, management was not quite savvy enough at the time to swing the deals they could have swung and he was merely a passive investor at the time. Rumour has it he has been far more assertive this time around.

Just keep it on your radat screen and when the company finally catches up with all of its tardy filings, you can decide for yourself if I was right or wrong. The only thing happening now in the stock is the exchanging of shares from weak hands to strong ones. I don't expect substantial news until after the 1st of the year.

Btw, scuttlebut is that May-Davis purchased a 250,000 block of the stock a couple of weeks ago.

Regards,

Ron
