NOTE:

"When Navigant went public this summer it was the fifth largest travel
management company with about $1.5 billion in airline ticket sales per year,
according to Robert Griffith, chief financial officer. Since then, Navigant has
acquired six regional travel agencies in the United States and Canada and
now counts $2 billion in airline ticket sales, though it remains the fifth largest.

Navigant's IPO was priced at $9 and the stock closed Friday at $6.31 a
share. Its second quarter financial results, which were released Tuesday,
showed revenues of $48.8 million, an increase of 80 percent over the $27
million in revenues posted for the same period last year. Net income was
$2.6 million for the quarter, compared with $1.2 million for the quarter last
year."
