Zeev, Isn't it amazing how only the names have changed. I wrote that tragedy last month to explain the concept to some posters over on the CYOE thread. (That is the one where even the insiders filed form 4's saying they were going to short their 144 holdings) The "Characters" in the play are all assembled here just as in CYYSQ and all the others. I think the enormity of the power the converts hold defies believeability. It is such a simple game and so easy to play and so repeatable. Floorless issues should be illegal. Bruce
