What the hell is this:

And exactly what have Benson and the other management been doing for the last year? I thought their whole focus was to have CS achieve its full revenue and margin potential. What other focus could their possibly be? Is this to say that under Benson in '98 CS lost all its discipline, accountability, and forecasting accuracy? What is this BS?
