Nancy, I certainly know how you feel. I am the only man in the house, with the exception of the dog, and what they ended up doing to him doesnt make me sleep easy:-) I have no doubt that an increased level of spirituality and belief has given you a base and comfort level that "swept you off your feet". I am very happy for you for having achieved that. However, many people achieve those very same feelings that you describe, and they do it through it many methods. there are people who practice all sorts of religions that give them the same feeligns and security that you have described. Even some new agers like me have been able to achieve that:-) The fact that people have been able to achieve that does not cheapen your experience in any way. it does not make your experience any les real or viable. It doesnt make theirs any less viable either. I agree that girls are special. Difficult but special:-) My kids are both young, early grade school age. Growing up in chicago without a father and being farily out of control for most of my youth, I never figured that my life would end up coming home from work and playing Barbies. It's very different than what i imagined it would be, but also much better:-) mark
