C'mon Fred, a panic selloff that continues for over a week? IMO, the stock rose to $11 because of hype put out by none other than yourself about imminent contracts. When it became clear that your hype was erroneous yet again, the stock pulled back to a more reasonable value for a company with negative working capital, no revenue, no contracts, a potential floorless financing, and competitors beating them to the market place.
