Someone with more knowledge should answer your questions. In
their absence I'm going to try question one. The group making the offer to buy part of EGNS JV made their money forming and selling internet companies. How or why they owned a trucking company is not clear to me. They were not buying EGNS out of the JV. They were buying
into an organization that would give them access to China's internet.
Presumably to repeat their USA successes. EGNS would retain the y2k
work. All of it. And would receive stock worth about a mega buck. EGNS
had no interest in China's internet, it should have been a very good
deal for them. If the stock in the buying co. had risen in value it
would have been a super deal. The stock instead started to decline on light volume and EGNS cancelled the deal. Hope I understood this correctly and it is of some help.
