Well, you're still young. I, too, went through that "all religion is bs" phase. It's a normal part of growing up. You are just growing up a bit slower than most. BTW, any suggestion that I am part of any "religious right," whatever that may be, is absurd to any who know me. I disagree with most of what they say or believe in, but equally I will defend absolutely their right to believe it, as I defend your right to call religion bs. And I defend their right to try to put forward their views in the well of public opinion and support political candidates who support their opinions, just as I defend my right and your right to put forward our views and support candidates who support our opinions. What I find intolerant and intolerable are those in the LL who abuse the RR because they want to impose their views on the country, while they (the LL doing this) are doing PRECISELY what it is that they object to -- trying to impose THEIR views on the country! Recommended reading: Hentoff's "Free Speech for Me but Not for Thee." A truly eyeopening book for any who will read it honestly. After you read it I would be happy to discuss it with you.
