I was at work and had nothing to do , so I took the time to really look at the insider trading that new people keep bringing up when they do some DD on TSIG and here is what i came up with.

First what I did was look for the same filings from the same people with the same amount of shares. That would lead me to believe that these filings where just repeat filings not new ones. Someone said that they have to refile every 90 days, I believe was the number. So I'm assuming that is the case with these. There were 4 repeat filings. Other filing where close but not exactly the same number of shares, even though I believe they would fall into the same catorgory. They might have just decided to change the share amount, because they are very close. Another thing I noticed that all the filings are about 60 -90 days apart, which leads me to believe once again thay are just repeat filings to keep up to date. But so not to assume to much I added all the shares up with the exception of the same share count filings done by the same people and the number adds up to 2,339,297. Which is not alot considering the total shares outstanding. And once again I would like to state for the record that I believe that still alot of those filings are just repeat filings. Also none of the people listed in the Insider trades are people who are employed with TSIG as I can see, just shareholders. Also there is no mention of how many shares these people have, so we don't know if the shares listed are all the shares they own or just some?. And one last finale note if what somebody said was true, which I believe it is since nobody corrected that person on it, if the person does not sell within 90 days they have to refile then the total amount of shares that can be sold as of now are only 136,646.

Now I would assume that since nobody has refiled within the last 90 days, that maybe, just maybe they have seen the light and do not plan on selling anytime soon.

p.s. Another thing the total list accounts for only 19 people by the way. 19 Shareholders !!!!!

p.s.s. If anything that I just posted and assumed is wrong please point it out to me.
